We act as an independent consultant and broker for niche & specialty insurance, e.g. for emerging risks, natural hazards and the consequences of climate change. Our business area is Europe with a focus on Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and the Eastern European markets.

Our innovative, friendly and committed team is looking for a full-time (20h/week) administrative assistant (f/m/d) with immediate effect. We offer you the opportunity to break new ground and develop together with us.

Your tasks

  • Organization and implementation of administration in the broking & administration area
  • Support in technical accounting & financial accounting
  • Filing of physical and electronic files and resubmission management
  • Collaboration and support in the constant improvement of business processes
  • Preparation of documents for customer appointments and business trips
  • Management and maintenance of the contact file
  • General office work and support for the team as required

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of the administrative area of the (re)insurance industry is an advantage
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to provide service internally and externally
  • Reliability and a structured way of working
  • High level of self-motivation and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident handling of the MS Office programs Word, Excel and Power Point, Internet savvy
