Genillard & Co. GmbH was founded in Munich in 2003 as a reinsurance broker. Since October 2024 we are part of the HBC (Hanseatic Broking Center) Group. We act as an independent consultant and broker for niche & specialty insurance, e.g. for emerging risks, natural hazards and the consequences of climate change. Our business area is Europe with a focus on Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and the Eastern European markets.
Our innovative, friendly and committed team is looking for a full-time (20h/week) administrative assistant (f/m/d) with immediate effect. We offer you the opportunity to break new ground and develop together with us.
Your tasks
- Organization and implementation of administration in the broking & administration area
- Support in technical accounting & financial accounting
- Filing of physical and electronic files and resubmission management
- Collaboration and support in the constant improvement of business processes
- Preparation of documents for customer appointments and business trips
- Management and maintenance of the contact file
- General office work and support for the team as required
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Knowledge of the administrative area of the (re)insurance industry is an advantage
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to provide service internally and externally
- Reliability and a structured way of working
- High level of self-motivation and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of the MS Office programs Word, Excel and Power Point, Internet savvy
