We are looking for an employee (f/m/d) to support private and fleet vehicles with a focus on the fleet business of our clients in the private, commercial and industrial sectors, with the option of expanding the scope of duties to include the other private property lines.
Your responsibilities
- Advising and supporting our customers in all matters relating to motor vehicle, private and commercial insurance
- Preparing offers and conducting the corresponding negotiations with the risk carriers
- Assessing risks and evaluating loss ratios
- Preparing and executing tenders for vehicle fleets
- Negotiating and developing framework contracts for vehicle fleets and commercial insurance
- Correspondence with customers and insurers
- Independent claims processing
What should you bring with you?
- Completed vocational training as an insurance salesman (f/m/d) or insurance and finance salesman (f/m/d) or equivalent qualification
- Ideally at least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry – at an insurance broker or an insurance company
- In-depth knowledge of the field of car insurance and/or commercial insurance as well as at least one private sector (e.g. home contents, residential buildings)
- Knowledge of English or another foreign language besides German would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Team spirit, loyalty, reliability and discretion
