To strengthen our position as a growing company, we are looking for a committed and motivated person to join us as a full-time management assistant (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • Management-Support
  • Organizing meetings and conferences (analogue and digital)
  • Preparing and editing reports, presentations, minutes and other written documents for board and management meetings in German and English
  • Organizing and following up on management and board meetings
  • Planning and organizing business trips as well as internal and external management appointments
  • Managing confidential documents, information, and management documentation
  • Maintaining contact and communicating with internal departments, external partners, and customers
  • Administrating and responding to emails, calls and correspondence on behalf of the management team
  • Research and analyses on relevant topics

Working on Projects

  • Assisting in planning, implementing, and monitoring various projects
  • Independently managing and realizing projects (e.g., preparing sustainability reports, planning company events in collaboration with different departments)
  • Coordinating and monitoring projects between different departments

Your Profile

  • You have completed commercial training or a degree (business administration, industrial engineering, law or comparable degree programs)
  • First professional experience, preferably in an insurance/financial services sector or consulting field
  • High level of discretion and discretion in dealing with sensitive data and information
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention tdetail
  • Analytical and conceptual skills and quick comprehension
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
  • Strong communicative skills
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and resilience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel / MS Outlook / MS PowerPoint / MS Word) and an affinity for digital media
