To support us on our growth path, we are looking for a committed and motivated person as an insurance specialist or insurance salesperson (m/f/d) for cross-sector contract and claims processing in Hamburg.
Your tasks:
- Independently looking after and supporting our industrial and commercial customers with regard to industrial and commercial property insurance
- Cross-divisional processing of contracts and, if necessary, support with claims
- Technical and administrative support for tenders
- Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments and annual meetings
- Communication with customers and insurers
Your Profile:
- Completed training as an insurance specialist or insurance and financial investment specialist
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally in the industrial and commercial sector
- Sound knowledge of industrial and commercial property insurance (national and international)
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent communication skills in German and a good command of English
- Proactive, independent and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and strong commitment
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Experience in the use of broker management programs (Open Viva) desirable
