Together we develop innovative solutions for our business and private customers, always pursuing the highest quality and service standards.

To support us on our growth path, we are looking for a committed and motivated person as an insurance specialist or insurance salesperson (m/f/d) for cross-sector contract and claims processing in Hamburg.

Your tasks:

  • Independently looking after and supporting our industrial and commercial customers with regard to industrial and commercial property insurance
  • Cross-divisional processing of contracts and, if necessary, support with claims
  • Technical and administrative support for tenders
  • Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments and annual meetings
  • Communication with customers and insurers

Your Profile:

  • Completed training as an insurance specialist or insurance and financial investment specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally in the industrial and commercial sector
  • Sound knowledge of industrial and commercial property insurance (national and international)
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills in German and a good command of English
  • Proactive, independent and structured way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and strong commitment
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Experience in the use of broker management programs (Open Viva) desirable
