Among other things, we will be developing new initiatives to enhance employee retention and attract new talent for our insurance subsidiaries within the group, in order to better address the challenges of skilled labor shortage in the future.\u201d Hauke Martinsen commented, \u201cWith Anja, we gain an experienced HR expert who has demonstrated the ability to develop and implement effective cross-functional and holistic HR strategies and solutions in previous roles, which are necessary during times of industry transformation.
