HBC has appointed Dr Svenja Richartz as Head of Legal, effective 1 April 2023. Based in Hamburg, she will report directly to Hauke Martinsen, Managing Director at HBC. As Head of Legal, Svenja Richartz will strengthen HBC’s management team to support the strategic direction of the company while ensuring that the HBC Group always acts in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
With more than 17 years of experience in insurance, law, and legal services, she also brings a deep understanding of the legal challenges HBC Group faces as a growing company in a rapidly changing industry. Prior to joining HBC, Dr Svenja Richartz served as Managing Director at Mund & Fester GmbH, where she achieved significant success.
