We are delighted to announce Anja Kiehne, Head of HR at HBC Group, effective MAY 1, 2024.
Anja Kiehne has held various leadership positions, primarily in the HR sector of the fashion and retail industries, most recently as the Global Head of HR at Taschen Verlag, based in Cologne. “I am very excited about my new role within the leadership team of the growing HBC Group. Among other things, we will be developing new initiatives to enhance employee retention and attract new talent for our insurance subsidiaries within the group, in order to better address the challenges of skilled labor shortage in the future.” Hauke Martinsen commented, “With Anja, we gain an experienced HR expert who has demonstrated the ability to develop and implement effective cross-functional and holistic HR strategies and solutions in previous roles, which are necessary during times of industry transformation. We look forward to benefiting from her expertise.”
