We are delighted to announce the appointment of Johannes Schmidt as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of our company, effective April 1, 2024.
In his capacity as COO, Johannes Schmidt assumes responsibility for overseeing operations within the HBC Group. He plays a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction and sustainable transformation of our business, with a focus on operational excellence, digitalization, and post-merger integration.
